Hello. I'm Angie and cookies have become my passion. I'm a wife, mother, nurse of precious babies, cookie lady and new blogger. I'm born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and I love the Spurs.
How did I get started? I didn't want to pay a lot of money for my son's birthday cakes and thought I could do it myself. I grew a bigger appreciation for bakers everywhere and the prices they charge. Cakes with fondant weren't my thing, my friend Joan introduced me to cake pops. Those were fun, but I was more of a "dip and sprinkle" kind of girl. Joan showed me pictures of cookies her good friend made and the light bulb went on. Hours of viewing cookie images, blogs and videos (I tell people I learned from the "University of YouTube") and offering to make cookies for baby showers at work. I have to give so much credit to so many cookie makers (Sugarbelle, Sweetopia, Bake at 350, Sugar Surrender, Cookie Mama, Barefoot Baker, just to name a few)...just need to learn how link everyone up.
